RoyalTea refurbish intervention includes the following steps:

• total disassembly
• change of all worn or loose parts
• all new bearings
• new doser ring and distributor
• new lower and upper cam with brass bush
• new electrical with original motor
• new PLC-based control with additional sensors available
• touch-panel interface or push botton panel available
• respray grey or yellow as preferred
• 1 year warranty

Machine Overhauling & Upgrade

We do refurbish your machinary and upgrade it to your needs

• conversion: from envelope to string and tag (Constanta)
• conversion: from string and tag to crimped envelope or heat-sealed envelope (IMA C21)

• Wrapper machines: second-hand, including Marden Edwards, BFB, Melegatti, etc.
• Glue machinary: Royal Tea design and manufacture machine for box lid closing. This reduce cost of packaging avoiding over-wrapping and improve enviromental sustainability.
• Bundling & cartoning: we develope vision systems for selecting and bundling boxes (e.g basing on code-bar, colour, etc.). This is very useful if you have several machines packaging different products and feeding the same conveyor. You can split different products at the end of the line to address boxes to dedicated area/machinary and optimize production and logistic.
